When I arrived at the hotel, I found the rooms to be clean and comfortable, although a bit tight to accommodate a large double bed. Despite that, they were spotlessly clean and felt secure. The size of the rooms was big and spacious.

The service provided by the kitchen staff, also working as cleaning staff, was excellent. However, there was an incident where someone knocked heavily on my door very early in the morning for information. On the plus side, Arslan was exceptionally kind and helpful.

The location of the hotel was amazing, very close to transportation and tied up with the best places to experience in Istanbul. It provided easy access to all the attractions I wanted to visit during my stay.
